Se resolvio en el chat de soporte tecnico, dejo aquí la respuesta para la comunidad.
Press R holding the Windows key on the key board to open the Run command .
Type %appdata% and hit enter.
Then in the address bar, you will be able to see Username > AppData> Roaming.
In the address bar, click on Appdata.
Navigate to local>Adobe>OOBE.
Delete the opm.db file.
